Important customer policies for smooth and fair order processing:

  • After we confirm the availability, please try to transfer the amount as early as possible to avoid stock out. Payment screenshot is compulsory.
  • After payment, please ask us to acknowledge the receipt of the amount to avoid overlooking.
  • Unpacking video without pause & cuts is a must for any complaints. If any damage, it should be clearly visible in the video.
  • If any returns, we cannot arrange pickup. We return one-way courier charges only.
  • Please do not open parcels with sharp objects.
  • If any special note on courier partner or dispatch date, please mention it after sending the payment screenshot.
  • No return or exchange on quality basis. No colour guarantee.
  • Slight colour variation may occur due to photography or screen resolution. These are not valid reasons for return.
  • Small thread pulls, zari cuts, and slight misprints in handloom sarees are common and not treated as damages.
  • No colour guarantee.
  • Dispatches will be done within 7 working days. For urgent delivery, please inform us in advance.
  • On request, we dispatch via India Post. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels in India Post.
  • Slight irregularities in weave or pattern in handloom/fancy sarees are not defects. They show the handmade nature of the product.
  • We request customer patience. If issues arise, we try to resolve them promptly, but delays may happen due to a busy schedule.
