We currently ship across India. For international shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order at
support@theurbandrapes.com.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Time & Charges

  • Standard Shipping (India): 4–7 business days – Free on orders above ₹999, ₹60 on orders below.
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days – Charges calculated at checkout (if available).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
You can track your order on the courier’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. Delays

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays,
or regional restrictions may affect delivery timelines. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
  • Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as used/worn products, sale items, or customized orders are not eligible for return/refund.
